Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist I – Rad Tech at Lincoln Hospital. This night-shift role requires proficiency across Radiologic Technologist procedures and an additional modality (CT, Mammography, or Bone Density) to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

Qualifications include ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification, modality-specific certifications, and a state radiologic license. BLS is required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Technology required.
• ARRT certification as Radiologic Technologist required; Mammography/CT/Bone Density certification required for Level I in each modality.
• Current state license in Radiologic Technology required.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• The role performs diagnostic imaging procedures across Radiologic Technologist scope and additional modality.
• Proficiency in dual-modality imaging to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Summary:
The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist I – Rad Tech role performs diagnostic imaging procedures across the Radiologic Technologist role and one other modality—CT Technologist, Mammography Technologist, or Bone Density Technologist. This dual-modality position requires proficiency in both modalities to ensure high -quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Technology required.
• License/Certifications: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required as a Radiologic Technologist, plus a Mammography Technologist, CT Technologist, or Bone Density Technologist certification required for a Level I Technologist in each modality (see specific modality Level I job descriptions). Valid applicable state(s) license in Radiologic Technology required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Must meet at a minimum all Level I requirements within each of the modalities as required in each job description.

The pay range for this position is $34.35to $46.46 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
