Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a radiologic technologist to operate X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment, and to contribute to departmental objectives in a collaborative environment.

The role requires ARRT certification, RT license in the state, CPR/BLS, and the ability to perform at least three imaging modalities; a degree in radiologic technology is required with preferred higher degrees.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiologic technology required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years' technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic, mammographic, computed tomography and/or ultrasound examinations.
• Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.
• Tests defibrillator and checks the integrity of crash cart.
• Safely prepares contrast agents for Medical Imaging procedures.
