Job summary

Adventist Health Clear Lake in Northern California seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate X-ray and CT equipment, contribute to departmental goals, and support two modalities regularly.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in radiologic technology, ARRT certification, BLS/CPR, and state radiography licensure; Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees and three years of experience are preferred. The role emphasizes patient care and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years' technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and computed tomography procedures.
• Performs two modalities competently.
• Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.
• Tests defibrillator and checks the integrity of crash cart.
• Performs mobile imaging examinations (radiographic and fluoroscopic) as necessary.
• Safely prepares contrast agents for Medical Imaging procedures.
