Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment. The role supports department goals and maintains a patient-centered imaging environment.

The candidate will regularly perform three modalities and ensure safe patient handling and contrast preparation. Education includes an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology with ARRT certification and state RT licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology is required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• RT license in the state of practice is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Three years' technical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment.
• Assist in meeting departmental objectives and goals.
• Perform three modalities competently on a regular basis.
• Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.
• Prepare contrast agents for imaging procedures.
• Perform mobile imaging as necessary.
