Qualifications

• Education and experience required to perform duties.
• Basic computer/data-entry capabilities are expected.
• Mechanical experience is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Start up machines, repair thread breaks as necessary.
• Put empty cores in core feeder.
• Fill service container with alcohol solution.
• Mix alcohol solution in dissolving tank.
• Inspect bobbins for long tails and trim if needed.
• Perform quality checks using calipers and record results.
• Seal and box full bobbins, then prepare for warehouse transfer.
• Label boxes and print case labels.
• Clean machines, sweep floors, and handle waste.
• Replace empty spools and restart machines as needed.
• Record production and scrap on shift-end reports.
