Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Technical or trade school training in manufacturing or machining is a plus.
• Experience in precision manufacturing or metal stamping is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Read work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts while ensuring proper machine operation.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges to verify specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality or production concerns.
• Perform routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Complete production, quality, and inspection documentation accurately.
• Report malfunctions or delays to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S and PPE requirements.
