The position requires professional client service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work across branches, with responsibilities including deposits, withdrawals, and new accounts when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in bank operations preferred.
• Cash handling experience in a bank or retail setting preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when writing, in person, and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service in handling clients in-person or on the telephone.
• Performs teller or new accounts or client service functions when needed.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, check cash and other transactions.
• Maintains a cash drawer and audits the cash drawer according to policy and schedule.
• Identifies and reports suspicious activities per BSA/AML/CTF/OFAC compliance.
