Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who works independently across multiple locations and spends time both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and help spaces rent quickly.

You will perform daily unit inspections, manage cash drawers and deposits, assist customers with payments, and coordinate between locations. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required to travel between sites; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
