Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who works across multiple locations, performing inside and outdoor duties to assist customers and manage spaces. You will assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Daily tasks include unit inspections, cash handling, and keeping customers current with payments. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Valid driver's license required to travel between locations.
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and work outdoors up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Assess storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder calls when required.
• Travel between locations and work at multiple sites using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
