Qualificações

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Ability to upsell and advise customers on storage options.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest suitable options.
• Perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of facilities.
