Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who works independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors, to assess customer storage needs and recommend packing supplies. You will perform daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent and assist customers with payments.

A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement is available. Successful candidates come from customer-service oriented sales environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Ability to assess storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Strong communication and friendly sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Work independently at multiple locations and perform daily unit inspections.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
