Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls as needed.
• Work independently at multiple locations and travel between sites.
