Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who can work independently across multiple locations, handling daily operations and customer interactions. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, perform unit inspections, and manage payments and collections.

You must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between sites; mileage is reimbursed. Physical tasks include lifting up to 35 pounds and outdoor environment work as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Experience handling transactions including cash drawers and deposits.
• Ability to travel between locations with a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies including upselling.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
