Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customer storage needs and upselling packing supplies.

Daily duties include unit inspections, cash handling, deposits, and reminder calls for payments, plus travel between sites. Mileage reimbursement is provided; full-time benefits apply after averaging 20+ hours per week, including health, 401k, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Willingness to travel between properties and work at multiple locations.
• Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Inspect storage units daily for inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
