Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, handling customer storage needs and selling packing supplies. The role involves independent work, with duties both indoors and outdoors and schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail or restaurant.
• Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle to travel between properties.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when needed.
