A prominent regional restaurant chain is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Restaurant Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across various locations in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility management and a proven track record in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a full-time position requiring travel between locations, with benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance management.
• At least two years managing multiple locations.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance needs of all restaurant locations.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage relationships with external service providers.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget for locations.
• Act as primary contact for emergency repair issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Supervise and lead in-house maintenance staff.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Support restaurant management with repairs or upgrades.
