Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
• Experience in a related position is preferred.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Complete and manage lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller and other operational duties as per policies.
• Support risk management as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s program.
