Job summary

Granite Hills Group is seeking a Purchasing & Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement across our branch network, partnering with Operations, Fleet, Accounting, and leadership to ensure timely purchasing, cost control, and uninterrupted operations.

You will handle PO administration, vendor management, spend analysis, and process improvements, helping standardize purchasing practices across the organization while staying highly organized and data-driven.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing.
• Experience supporting multiple locations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and deadline-driven.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, supplies, equipment, fleet purchases, and services.
• Create, review, and process purchase orders with policy compliance.
• Source products from qualified vendors and obtain competitive pricing.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors and improve purchasing efficiency.
• Monitor orders and address delays or supply chain issues.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
• Assist with contract management and pricing agreements.
