Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a General Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee finance and operations across assigned portfolios. You will lead and develop teams, manage budgets, and drive revenue while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 8+ years in management, parking management experience at multiple locations, and strong MS Office skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Compensation includes potential bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with business development, proposals, presentations, and transitions for new locations.
• Lead, direct, and develop teams to achieve goals using LAZ Parking’s culture as a guide.
• Manage, train, and develop staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing budgets and financial reports.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
