• Oversee location operations, ensuring 24/7 professional parking management.
• Develop and lead location team to achieve goals and initiatives.
• Manage daily tasks in absence of frontline staff and fill shifts as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, training, and new location openings.
• Maintain client relationships and drive business retention.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports.
