Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, recommend products, and resolve concerns to ensure top client satisfaction. You will stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high quality and visual standards in the store.

Responsibilities include processing sales, tinting and mixing to customer specs, stocking shelves, assisting deliveries, and helping the team meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal right to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted drivers license.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have at least a 3 rating and complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers and help meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays and store cleanliness.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to sales.
