Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining visual standards.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, assisting in person and by phone, building trust with customers, stocking, tinting and mixing products, and helping meet monthly and yearly

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
