Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in multiple languages including Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Maintain store displays, stock shelves, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
