Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Sioux City stores. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, recommend products, and help drive store sales while maintaining high service standards.

This full-time role requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; prior paint or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and product knowledge.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers and ensure accurate transactions.
• Follow store policies and procedures and contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain in-stock display areas and assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed.
