Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in a store setting. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products to customer specs, and supporting delivery activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or delivery settings is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
