Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine customer needs, recommend solutions, and resolve concerns while helping the store meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling in-person and phone inquiries, processing transactions, stocking displays, and staying knowledgeable about products and options. Some roles may require lifting and occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
