Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi seek a full-time Medical Receptionist Floater to support our NYC and Hoboken offices. The role covers Upper East Side, Wall Street, Madison Avenue, West Side, Hoboken, and Paramus.

The hourly pay is $21/hr while serving as the go-to person for front office operations. You will greet patients, book appointments with physicians, verify insurance, scan documents into the EHR, and assist the Practice Site Administrator.

Qualifications

• Greets patients and handles front-desk tasks with accuracy.
• Manages phone lines, appointment scheduling, and patient communications.
• Verifies insurance and updates patient records in the EHR.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure all new patient paperwork is completed.
• Answer calls, schedule physicians' appointments, and coordinate with Allergy and Audiology teams.
• Update schedules daily and track no-shows or double bookings.
• Maintain waiting area and ensure records are entered accurately and promptly.
