Job summary

The Medical Receptionist Floater role supports ENT and Allergy Associates and Hümi in multiple Pennsylvania offices (Philadelphia, Richboro, Willow Grove). You will travel weekly, cover front desk and switchboard, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and enter patient data into the EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, books appointments, and takes messages.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information.
• Prepare daily office operations and assist the Practice Site Administrator.
• Maintain accurate weekly logs and update schedules.
• Greet patients and ensure new patient paperwork is complete.
