ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist Floater for Pennsylvania offices in Philadelphia, Richboro, and Willow Grove. The role involves traveling weekly to designated locations, answering calls, booking appointments, and managing front-office tasks.

The position reports to regional managers with on-site reporting to PSA when at a location. The successful candidate will handle patient intake, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records in the EHR system,

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Travel to designated locations as assigned.
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for physicians, Allergy and Audiology.
• Maintain patient records and update schedules and logs.
• Greet patients and collect necessary paperwork and verify information.
• Scan documents into the EHR system and verify insurance coverage.
• Ensure waiting room is neat and phones are on service.
