Job summary

Landmark Funeral Group in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Managing Funeral Director to lead day-to-day operations across three funeral home locations in Western Pennsylvania. You will ensure compassionate service, regulatory compliance, and consistent operations with the Director of Operations.

You will supervise funeral directors, interns, and administrative staff, coordinate staffing and training, and promote a professional, respectful workplace culture while traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Funeral Director License in good standing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive funeral service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching and supporting staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for three funeral home locations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Implement company policies and service standards across all locations.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on regional initiatives and goals.
• Monitor facility appearance, equipment readiness, and inventory.
