Job summary

Lindgren Landscape is seeking a Regional Controller to oversee accounting operations across multiple Northern Colorado locations. The role partners with the CFO and location controllers to ensure accurate financial reporting, standardized processes, and strong internal controls.

You will lead month-end close, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support growth. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of accounting experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role, and a CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3–5 years of accounting leadership or management experience.
• Experience overseeing accounting operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across Company locations and entities.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting and schedules for leadership.
• Develop standardized accounting workflows and internal controls.
