Job summary

Penny Lane Centers is seeking a Facilities Support Technician to maintain cleanliness, safety and operations across multiple locations in North Hills and surrounding offices. Under the Maintenance Manager, you will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and travel between sites as needed.

A basic command of English and the ability to use a computer and email are required. This role requires a valid California driver’s license and insurance, a minimum of 6 months in maintenance,

Qualifications

• No college education required.
• Minimum 6 months' maintenance experience.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and cleaning.
• Support facilities across multiple locations and travel between sites.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing schedules.
