Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across its store locations, including Sun Tan City and Wellness City. You will coordinate service requests, manage preventive maintenance, and track mechanical assets, using hands-on skills to troubleshoot issues before vendors are engaged.

The role requires 5+ years of admin support with mechanical know-how, strong MS Office and Woven/Docuware experience, and a collaborative, process-driven mindset

Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative support experience with a mechanical background.
• Ability to read and interpret facility plans and blueprints.
• Proficient with MS Office and facility software (Woven), Docuware for invoices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize service requests; troubleshoot minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues.
• Read facility plans to aid layout, maintenance and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, property managers and internal teams on service calls.
• Maintain service databases and asset tracking across locations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and track costs.
• Assist with procurement, licenses and invoice processing.
