Job summary

Moka Coffee is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance projects and work orders across store locations. You will ensure facilities and equipment are in optimal condition, manage schedules, and coordinate both routine and special projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• 2 years in a leadership position overseeing teams.
• Hands-on ability to perform repairs and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with maintenance software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance projects across store locations.
• Oversee work orders from start to finish.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage project budgets and inventory of tools and parts.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors to complete projects on time.
• Provide strong internal customer service to store teams.
• Travel to store locations as needed (day travel).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience with coffee equipment is a plus.
