Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Pilates studios within a defined region. You will guide General Managers, drive membership growth, manage revenue streams, and lead sales initiatives across locations.

The DM reports to the Director of Sales/Operations and collaborates with staff to ensure service excellence. This full-time role in the United States offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus a bonus opportunity up to $36,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-location retail/service or fitness sales management.
• Ability to lead and mentor General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Experience managing memberships, retail, private training revenues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized.
• Proven data management and analytical capabilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts and membership growth across studios.
• Oversee grassroots marketing and community networking at district level.
• Support GMs in executing the sales process to drive prospects into classes.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing across studios.
• Monitor retail and studio inventory for accurate stocking.
• Hire, train, and manage General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Analyze revenue and attendance reports and implement actions.
• Ensure studios maintain cleanliness and organization per standards.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies district-wide.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
• Attend and organize district networking events and promotions.
• Provide high-level customer service oversight and resolve escalations.
