Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing dental practice operations across multiple locations and supervising teams.
• Strong background in financial management including budgeting, billing, and cost control.
• Ability to coach teams, set clear expectations, and address performance issues constructively.
• Proficiency with practice management software and standard productivity tools; ability to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop office managers; coach through daily challenges and conversations; set expectations and accountability.
• Improve daily operations; identify recurring workflow problems and implement practical solutions across locations.
• Strengthen financial performance; review reports, drive budgeting and cost-control improvements, track progress.
• Improve patient experience; address concerns promptly with clear communication and respectful service.
• Maintain compliant standards; ensure administrative and privacy requirements and proper EHR procedures across sites.
