Casa de Montecristo in the United States seeks an organized Event Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of events across our lounge locations. This role serves as the central contact for lounge managers and internal teams, ensuring events are planned and communicated from concept to post‑event follow‑up.

The ideal candidate is proactive and calm under pressure, able to handle multiple priorities with clear communication.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related role.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable in a cigar lounge environment and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate events across all lounge locations, including multi-location launches and large annual events.
Develop and maintain event timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, staffing needs, and vendor details.
Coordinate logistics for setup, breakdown, supplies, signage, and staffing with lounge teams and vendors.
Research, book, and coordinate outside vendors as needed (catering, AV, décor, rentals).
Maintain communications with lounge managers and stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
Manage Eventbrite functions: creation, registration, tickets, guest lists, RSVPs, reporting.
Update website with event info and ensure branding consistency across locations.
Prepare post-event recaps, budgets, and ROI analyses.
