PARC Auto is seeking a Floating Store Manager to lead operations across several Tampa-area stores. This development role includes promoting strong sales, staff development and exceptional customer service while traveling between locations.

You will supervise operations, coach teams, and implement busy-store strategies to meet targets. A passion for automotive service and proven management experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Float 3 days per week covering stores during manager PTO or as needed.

• Drive sales: prepare estimates, advise on repairs, execute plans to meet goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory and daily operations; maintain clean, safe environments.

Are you a driven automotive professional ready to lead across multiple locations? We're hiring a Floating Store Manager who will play a key role in supporting Store Management. This is a developmental role with bonus potential and a path for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Float 3 Days/Week: Cover stores during manager PTO, off days or as needed coverage. You’ll run each location like it’s your own—driving sales, leading the team, and delivering results.
• Home Store 2 Days/Week: Serve as Assistant Manager, supporting operations and team development.
• Lead with Impact: Motivate teams, maintain high standards, and ensure consistent customer service across all stores.
• Drive Sales: Build estimates, communicate repair recommendations, and execute sales plans to meet goals.
