Reynoso Insurance Agency Inc., a State Farm agent in Yuba City, CA, is seeking a Multiline Representative. You will engage with community members, understand their needs, and present available product information across multiple lines.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, the ability to obtain P&C and L&H licenses, strong communication, organization, and a willingness to grow with the team. Previous customer service or insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must be able to obtain state P&C and L&H licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
