Ashlyn Silva State Farm in Arroyo Grande, CA is seeking a Multiline Representative to build relationships with customers, understand insurance needs, and promote a range of product lines.

You will support daily office operations, assist in marketing efforts within the community, and help clients navigate claims while maintaining accurate records and a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
