Job summary

State Farm Insurance Office in Anaheim seeks a Multiline Representative to support auto, home, life, and health insurance needs. You will study for the state exams, connect with potential clients through daily calls, and guide customers toward suitable insurance options with confident, informative conversations.

You will identify client needs, handle objections, manage your pipeline, and deliver professional service aligned with State Farm standards.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Self-study support for the State Exam (Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance).
• Make cold calls daily to connect with potential clients and begin the sales journey.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right marketing/insurance options.
• Handle objections confidently and use rebuttals to guide clients to the best solutions.
• Manage your own prospect pipeline and stay organized.
• Provide excellent, professional customer service that reflects our company’s standards.
• Assist clients over the phone and in person in choosing auto, home, or life insurance product.
