Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Multi-Line Representative to join their Washington, PA agency team in a full-time capacity. You will respond to inquiries, educate customers about coverage, and coordinate next steps to close sales.

• Maintain customer communication and follow up throughout the sales cycle and after policies are issued.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to support renewals, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Execute sales and activity goals set by the agency.
