What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships Maintain consistent follow-up, conduct coverage reviews, and create opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Own your performance Manage your sales pipeline, track opportunities, and work consistently toward individual and team production goals.
• Represent Team BB in the community Participate in outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities that support agency growth.
• Commit to continuous development Participate in coaching, training, and professional education to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
