Training occurs in person at our Dearborn Heights office. After training, the role may become hybrid/remote for the right candidate, with flexible in-office/remote options and a path toward building meaningful household coverage across auto, home, and life insurance.

This role is for someone who likes talking to people, following up, asking for the sale, and being paid based on results. The position includes a monthly base pay along with full commission while you build your book.

We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented sales representative to help us grow a successful State Farm agency. This is a sales-focused role with a base support and commission opportunity, with flexible in-office/remote work after training. The right person can build meaningful income by helping households with auto/home/life insurance.

This is best suited for someone who wants performance-based income rather than strictly hourly pay. Previous successful sales reps in this agency have built strong income through consistent quoting, follow-up, referrals, and relationship-based selling, as well as went on to open their own agencies.
