  • Mentor service technician(s) by providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets.
  • Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and execute process optimization strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address and resolve process issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues.
  • Ensure that all equipment is calibrated and functioning according to specifications.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of process parameters, changes, and incidents.
  • Document and communicate process performance, improvements, and best practices.

Requirements of Job:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds including equipment and tools.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods during process monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch to access equipment and work in confined spaces.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating controls and handling equipment.
  • Ability to visually inspect equipment and process parameters, and to read technical documentation.
  • Ability to climb ladders or use elevated platforms as needed for equipment maintenance or inspections.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure team adherence to safety standards.
