Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.
• Sales or customer-facing insurance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with agency management software.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Proactive about professional development and industry updates.

Responsibilities

• Review clients' current coverage to identify gaps or opportunities.
• Develop and present insurance solutions for families and small businesses.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of new business through networking and referrals.
• Provide ongoing support for policy changes, billing, and claims.
