Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Valid Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
• At least two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing advisory role.
• Ability to explain complex policy details in clear, everyday language.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local families and business owners to assess their unique protection needs.
• Educate clients on the nuances of different coverage options so they can make informed choices.
• Proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure their current policies still align with their life goals.
• Build a local network within Woodbridge and the surrounding community to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage your daily schedule to balance lead follow-up, client meetings, and administrative policy updates.
• Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy application is handled accurately and on time.
