Beau Booth - State Farm Agency in Adairsville, GA seeks a full-time Multi-Line Representative to grow insurance business and serve customers. You will identify needs, present solutions, and market products while building lasting relationships with clients.

You’ll work with the agent and office team to meet marketing goals, with agency-sponsored licensing and a compensation package including salary plus commission, bonuses, and benefits.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred but not required (outside/inside sales, retail, telemarketing).
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred but not required.
• Ability to relate effectively to customers.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required insurance licenses (agency-sponsored training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop leads and schedule appointments.
• Identify customer needs and market suitable insurance products/services.
• Generate new business via leads, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through needs-based conversations.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals and quotas.
• Maintain commitment to success and collaborate with office team.
