Licensing Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance and Life, Health & Sickness Insurance licenses (agency sponsored)

Role Overview
You will prospect and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer insurance needs, and market appropriate products and services. You are expected to generate new insurance business through leads, networking, and referrals. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships is key, as well as working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. The role requires a strong work ethic and teamwork with the office staff to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

This position is with a State Farm Agent office, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies, and requires licensing to sell and service State Farm products.

Compensation $39,569.00 - $56,236.00 per year
