Job summary

GreyStone Power Corporation in Hiram, GA is seeking Mechanic - Multiple Levels (2nd Shift) to maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment in a safe condition.

Openings include Mechanic I, II and III with duties from routine inspections and preventive maintenance to diagnostics, component replacement, welding and complex rebuilds; requires a HS diploma/GED and DOT/CDL credentials, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for Mechanic I/II/III.
• ASE Master or equivalent certifications desirable.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs on light to heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and preventive maintenance on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Performs repairs and component replacements as directed; diagnostics and testing.
• Welding and fabrication as needed; maintains records and participates in safety processes.
